Primrose walks around the District, looking for her sister, Katniss, and her best friend Gale.

Prim stops in her tracks and looks around, towards her sisters voice. She sputters.
"You have been looking for me? Please! I have been wondering around here looking for you two for over two hours!"

Prim just smiles when she sees her sister. She runs up and hugs her.
"Okayyyy I won't."

Primrose notices her glance at Gale.
"You hesitated before hugging me."

Prim does a dull face.
"Thanks."
She closes her eyes and wiped off her dress

Prim loves to hear what they got, and their adventures.
"Ooh, what?!"

Prim smiles really big.
"No way!!"

Prim rushes home to their mother and breaks the news.
"KATNISS CAUGHT AN ELK. KATNISS CAUGHT AND ELK!!!!"

Zander walked off the train in parade formation along with twenty other new transfers. He looked around the platform. He was glad that the helmet prevented people from seeing his expression. This place looked like filth. Coal dust covered the ground and animal bones laid everywhere. He began to wonder how anyone could live like this.

Prim left the house again, after Katniss and Gale arrived. She wanders around, till she gets to the platform area. She sees someone, a peacekeeper. She hides, and looks at him with glaring eyes.

Zander looks at his commanding officer. Gripping his rifle tighter. He marches up for inspection. He hands him his rifle and removes his helmet. He salutes. "Zander Müller new transfer number 6540. Squad 1212 sharpshooter." He said as he had been taught. His blonde hair was shaved down to buzz cut. He kept his eyes in the officer to try and get a read on him.

Prim still keeps an eye on him, glaring with hatred. He is just here to ruin everything! She wonders if she should do something, but she is too scared. She just continues watching him just in case, hoping he doesn't catch her.

Once Zander was cleared he put his helmet back on and walked toward the barracks and once he checked in with a quartermaster he got with his squad and began patrolling the district. He noticed the coal dust sticking to his uniform turning it grey. He looked at his squad and nodded. "Let's get this over with. Our next route is beyond the fence. So make sure you're topped off on ammo and get ready to kill any animal we meet." He said over the comms.

Primrose jumps up when they start moving out. She excitedly follows, hoping that when they leave, she can go on an adventure. Eyes twinkling, she follows with happiness and curiousity.

Zander noticed the girl following them and told his squad leader. He looked at her and kept an eye on her incase she attacked him.

Prim notices that he notices her, and she goes still. She just stands there, her mind blank. Then she remembers something Katniss told her, "If you follow a peacekeeper, and they catch you, improve, Primrose. Improve."
She decides to listen to her older sisters wise words.
She walks up to him, nervous.
"Hi... um... how do I pet... wait... um... Can I help you with anything?"
She mentally slaps herself for her stuttering.

Zander looks at his squad leader and motions for them to move ahead. Once their around the block he pulls out a food packet and hands it to her. "That can feed a family of twelve if you use it correctly." He advises before following his squad.

Prim tilts her head. She asked if he needed anything, not she needed something. She decides to go on the dangerous side. She gets in line with the peacekeepers, to get action.

Zander looked at her and pointed his rifle at her. "This isn't a game kid. We aren't looking to cause trouble so stop following us." He said commandingly.

She plays dumb.
"Is that why you are called peacekeepers? Why are you pointing your rifle at me? What kind of rifle is that? Where did you get it from? Why can this all just be a game?"

Primrose does dull face to her sister while walking over.
"Yes?"

"Hanging out with... peacekeepers."
She grins.

Primrose grins wider.
"Want to join me? Maybe one of them will think your cute and have a crush on you. THAT will be fun to see."
She giggles.

"What is it like to have a boy like you, Katniss?"
She looks at her with true curiosity.

"Like, when you can tell. Is it a good feeling or a bad feeling?"

Prim elbows Katniss.
"YEs you have, Katnip! The nickname gives it away!!"

"ask. him. OUT!!!!"
She sounds angry but also excited. anxcited. exgry? nahhhh

Primrose laughs really hard at her reaction.

"I am!"
She runs back up to the peacekeeper she was earlier talking to. She taps him.
"Excuse me, boy. But do you like my sister Katniss Everdeen?"
She glances at Katniss, looking smug.

Zander looks at Katniss and shrugs. "I just got here kid." He says plainly clearly annoyed.

Prim puts a hand on her hip.
"First of all, names Prim. Second of all, what is your first look impression of her?"

Zander glared at the kid under his helmet before he went back on patrol without saying a word.

((So much for him changing. Prim is making the capital's idea of district 12 right. And making him want to shoot first and ask questions later.))

Prim stands there. She blinks. Then she runs up to him again, but stands 3ft away. She fixes her stance to where she matches his position perfectly.

Zander held his hand out. "It's fine just don't get close. We don't want to have to shot." He said.

Prim struggles against Katniss.
"Let me go. Pleeeease. I will stop. Katniss, literally, you're HURTING ME."

Zander looked back at them before he looked ahead.

"It's ok. It didn't even hurt, I just wanted you to let go."
She grins, happy knowing it worked.
"Let's go do something! these peacekeepers are boring me!"

Prim looks at the peacekeeper, does a small wave, and hooks her arm through Katniss's.
"Let's go hang out!"

When Prim hears that she is irritated, she feels bad. She looks down.
"Sorry... I asked... what was his first impression on you... sorry..."

Prim hugs her older sister back.
"It's okay... what do you want to do now?"

"I don't know, that why I asked you."
