Ayn Rand wasn’t r e a l l y an egoist, in the theoretical sense. But sure. The works of Fernando Pessoa, principally The Book of Disquiet, whilst an obvious choice, is - are very worthwhile imho.
Nikolay Chernyshevsky’s proto nihilist What Is to Be Done? may suit.
The Diary of Satan by Leonid Andreyev is another, less obvious contender.
There are plenty others, you just have to seek them out!
