The School for Good and Evil discussion

There is a cave under the lake that is filled with water. Usually only mermaids find it, and use it for conversations and alone time.

Lina sat down next to Ann in the cave. "This is amazing!"

"I can-" Ann started.

"What are you doing?" Jo pulled her sister aside.

"I am helping my best.friend." Ann lied.

"She is not your best friend. And you are not helping her." Jo said.

"What do you know?" Ann asked.

"I know that you are like a siren. You lure people to their death." Jo whispered.

"So?"

"So stop. She is kind. Leave her alone." Jo pushed water against Ann. "Lina, go to our dorm!"

Lina understood. She wished to the surface.

Alise swam down, her pink dress turning blue. She looked around & sighed.

"Hello?" Lina's coral tail wished behind her. She sat down.

"Hi" replied Alise, her green dress swirling around her like a tail.

"What's wrong?" Lina asked.

"Nothing really" Smiled Alise "Just thinking"

"Penny for your thoughts?" Lina asked quietly.

"Maybe" Alise looked up towards the sky. "I'm just thinking about my mother"

"Oh... do you miss her?" Lina said softly.

"A little" Alise gave a wry smile "At least we talk to each other"

"That's good." Lina rubbed the girl's back.

Alise moved her hand. the water moved into different shapes- a butterfly, a swan and finally a snowman before settling down.

"Come on. Let's go.eat.lunch." Lina smiled swishing around.

Alise smiled & followed Lina

Lina came out Intel clearing.

Alise began to daydream

Lina swam in. She was still mad. It was.only- she sighed.

Her coral tail swished in front of her as she sat.down.

Alise didn't notice Lina come in

"Hi."Lina said.

Alise snapped out of her daydream "Hi" smiled Alise

"What's up?"

"nothing much, just daydreaming"

"What about?" Lina elbowed Alise playfully.

Alise smiled "About what are fairy tales would look like"

Lina smiled. "I wonder..."Lina sighed.

"My mother saved a boy in her fairy tale" said Alise

"Hello?" Lina asked.

"Hi..." Lina said.

"Hi!" said Alise

Alise got up, her dress at her sides

"Have I seen you in school before?" she asked

"That probably explains it" said Alise "Hey, do you know that new guy? Binn, or whatever his name is?"

Lina felt awkward. She wished Andy was here.

"Yea!" said Alise "I think he's kinda cute <3"

"Sorry, I have to go to my date." Lina said.

Alise sighed. She had messed up again.

"Andy can wait. So. Do you have a crush on Finn?" Lina asked.

"I guess" smiled Alise

"Have you asked him to the Snow Ball?" Lina smiled.

"Not yet. I might"
