What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Hello- I'm a teen librarian and I have one of my patrons that is looking for a book that she read last spring break for the second time (so she read it most recently in April 2017) and would like to read again. The only problem is that she can't remember what it was called. What she does remember:

-Most likely a one word title

-Dark cover, possibly red letters, maybe a figure/silhoutte on the cover

-Plot- told from a girl's perspective. Her boyfriend dies early in the book and then she meets a guy that looks just like him. He creeps her out at first but my teen reader seems to remember that he wasn't that bad of a guy in the end... the character may have dated this new guy....sadly that's all that she can remember of the plot.

-NOT a romance

-involves some sort of mystery/suspense

I'm sorry, I know it's not much to go on but she's pretty anxious to find it!

Sadly, she really seems to remember nothing more about the plot. However, that looks like it may be it! I'm going to send her that one and see if it's the one.
