Play Book Tag discussion

Noa has been kicked out of her house after becoming pregnant by a Nazi officer and after giving birth her baby is taken away and she finds work as a cleaner at a German railway station. A train car full of babies without parents stops at the station and Noa takes one and flees. She ends up at a circuses winter quarters and is paired with Astrid to learn the trapeze. The book alternates between Noa and Astrid's POV. The story was well told but for whatever reason I never connected with Noa or Astrid.

I loved this one, gave it five stars, and it made my top ten the year I read it. Guess that that’s what makes the world go around.
