Hi! I have had a great reading month so far, I may have kicked my slump! I have read Boy, Erased by Garrard Conley, A Killer in Kong’s Cove by Iona Whishaw, and Giving Up the Ghost by Eric Nuzum. A bunch of my library holds were just released at once so I have a bunch to get to, but have just started Two Girls Down by Louisa Luna. Lots of variety!
I finally got my hands on The suicide club by Rachel Heng so I’m gonna finish that. Also I recently discovered audiobooks and I’m gonna listen to Year of Yes by Shonda Rhimes. I don’t know why some people think that’s not reading. But I think audiobooks count as reading too!
I'm slowly making my way through Tin Man by Sarah Winman. Not sure what else is on the agenda. I'm in a reading slump right now.
6 more books for this year to complete my personal challenge.
Waiting for Kate Atkinson’s Transcription later this month - Currently reading "Space Odyssey ... The Making of a Masterpiece" by Michael Benson, and "Confessions" by Kanae Minato.

Good Luck on breaking the slump! I liked Tin Man very much!

I've most recently finished Tell The Machine Goodnight, a near future set multi-pov family saga that centers around Pearl, an operator for a device that provides recommendations on what to do in order for a person to be happy. It really dives into the complication of the human element. I was really surprised by how different it was from my expectations and how much I enjoyed it.

What are you all reading? Please let me know.
