Not a biography about one person, but more a biography on a city's once-vibrant recording studio scene. The book chronicles the music made in and around San Francisco from the mid 1960s through the mid 2000s. Read about how bands such as the Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, En Vogue, Fleetwood Mac, Herbie Hancock and many others made such memorable music. Check it out. I rereleased the book on my own this year after the publisher rendered the original out of print. Grateful for any reviews, adds to your lists, reviews, etc. Thank you!
