Shelby Suderman | 2187 comments I did really well with this challenge in 2018, but with 2019 and my shorter TBR, I'm only going with 10. I probably won't have a problem completing it this year.

1. The Wicked King (The Folk of the Air, #2) by Holly Black

2. The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien

3. Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier

4. The Loch Ness Monster by Jean Flitcroft

5. My Cousin Rachel Film Tie-In Edition by Daphne du Maurier

6. Want (Want, #1) by Cindy Pon

7. The Wild Robot Escapes (The Wild Robot, #2) by Peter Brown

8. Bubba Ho-Tep by Joe R. Lansdale

9. Ticktock by Dean Koontz

10. Cycle of the Werewolf by Stephen King

11. Psycho by Robert Bloch

12. The Queen of Nothing (The Folk of the Air, #3) by Holly Black

13. An Unwanted Guest by Shari Lapena

The Cruel Prince is one of my favourites!

The Cruel Prince..."

So I keep hearing from EVERYONE ... I must've been hiding under a rock when that one came out.

Shelby Suderman | 2187 comments The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien

Bought this back around the time when the first movie came out. Nice to finally cross it off the list lol.

I own this one. I did watch the movie in the spring. I may or may not read it this year.

This one’s much more a romance than mystery/suspense. The writing is well done though.

Shelby Suderman | 2187 comments The Wild Robot Escapes (The Wild Robot, #2) by Peter Brown

Got this one earlier this month.

Shelby Suderman | 2187 comments Bubba Ho-Tep by Joe R. Lansdale

This short story has been on my tbr for a while, but I decided to get the ebook so I could read it and finally check out the movie.

Shelby Suderman | 2187 comments Ticktock by Dean Koontz

Got this at a library sale last year.

message 16: by Shelby (new)

Shelby Suderman | 2187 comments Cycle of the Werewolf by Stephen King

I got this one back in around 2014-15ish as part of a set of King books on Ebay. I was specifically looking for this one, which has been out of print until I believe this year when they re-released it.

Shelby Suderman | 2187 comments And with that, I'm officially done this challenge for 2019. That was quicker than I'd thought. Same as last year, I'll keep adding if I read more books I own this year, which I probably will because I've got a few new releases I've preordered for Oct and Nov.

Thanks! I'm planning to change how I do this challenge next year, doing books that have been on my tbr from 2017 or older instead of what I own.

Shelby Suderman | 2187 comments Psycho by Robert Bloch

Got this one just recently.

Shelby Suderman | 2187 comments The Queen of Nothing (The Folk of the Air, #3) by Holly Black

Started soon as I got it last week!

Shelby Suderman | 2187 comments An Unwanted Guest by Shari Lapena

Bought this one last year around the same time on a whim, but I decided I wanted to rely on the audiobook, so I saved it for this winter instead.
