I don’t know where to put this comment, so I’ll put it here... but on one of your videos you asked for recommendations of good science books... and mine is: The Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot! It’s EXCELLENT and can be absorbed by just about anyone! It deals with basically the theory of everything. Time, physics, the universe. It’ll change your life... at least it did mine!
The book was really good but made me want to double and triple check all the locks on my doors and windows and check all my closets before bed. It was so sad that the author passed away before he was caught.
I was halfway through the audiobook when they caught the GSK. It shifted the whole tone of the book. It's a fantastic work that's really grounded in the voice of the author, a must for me with true crime books.
Just finished reading. I actually learned about the Golden State Killer in my Crime and Justice class at school. I was very intrigued when I heard there was a book. I was listening to it in the shower at midnight before doing my homework and it made me paranoid as I went to go check the locks on everything. Just goes to show how awful people can be but also how naive we are when we are frightened. The audiobook was amazing. It's upsetting that Michelle never got to see this killer caught.
