What’s a two space profile?

You have the two space profile, which is how your profile is separated from anyone else publishing as D. Rose.

If you look at your book records, you will see that your name is written as D.^^Rose (where ^ is a space). The spaces are only visible on the book edit pages.

Wow, I wasn’t aware that there are two spaces in my name.
