Michele Gardiner (httpslinktreemichele_writer) | 2 comments Here's a biography I recently finished and enjoyed. I'm enjoy Eve Babitz's writing, so had fun reading about her life in Los Angeles in "Hollywood's Eve," by Lili Anolik.

I sure hope more people enjoy reading about the lives of other people. I've been a biography-lover since I was a kid. I devoured any books on Helen Keller's life--even taught myself the alphabet in sign language, I found Helen so inspiring.

Biographies, for me, not only bring history to life, but allow me to see (mostly in memoir and autobiography) life through the eyes of other people, people from different times, cultures, different places.

I've learned so much. Anyone else?
