This is an excellent book, but very different to The Poisonwood Bible. I had to forget all I thought of her writing from The Poisonwood Bible, to enjoy this one, it was a different experience.

I’ve just started this as an audio book from library & so far just not getting into it. Anyone persuade me not to DNF it?
Not my fave Kingslover but as a Frieda fan, I did learn quite a bit from it.
