Tahar Wattar is Tahar Ouettar (post-1981 standardised Algerian spelling) or الطاهر وطار. There seems to be an English edition of The Earthquake but I couldn't find one for The Ace nor A Mule's Wedding (there's Noces de mulet for the French-language edition).

Suhail Idriss is Lebanese novelist and translator, Suhayl Idrīs; however al-Hayy al-Latini is not in the GR system.
