How To Train Your Dragon: The New Time discussion

This is where the to be hatched dragon eggs sit.

A silvery green and tan egg sat in an incubation chamber, waiting for it's rider, it had been separated from its parents and nobody seemed to know where they were or even what dragons they were. So it sat there, just waiting as it was kept warm.

"Stay" she said to Galaxy when they were outside. She walked in. The room was warm, but it had to be for the eggs to hatch. Lights hung over each egg. "Now, we have five eggs overall" she said, slowly walking around each egg.

Eliot looked at the eggs and was drawn to the shimmery Green and tan one, He stood in front of it and looked down at it curiously. "What happened to the parents of the eggs?" He asked. as he laid a hand on the shell of the egg he'd chosen, He felt movement inside it.

"Well, either we found the eggs in the forest, abandoned, or the dragons donate their eggs, they're all supposed to, unless they want them to hatch, then after they are born, they donate them to a young rider" she said. "Usually, dragons donate their eggs, which is nice" she looked at the egg that he had touched. "That one is close to hatching."

Eliot nodded and felt the egg starting to shake and crack under his hand. he took a small step back sensing that he didn't want to be touching the egg when it did in fact hatch completely.

A forest colored Weyvern hatched out of the egg that Eliot had been touching and looked up at Eliot

"Oh wow" Steph whispered, mesmerised by what had just happend. "It hatched, right in front if our very eyes" she looked at the dragon, and how it was looking at Elliot. "I think you have just chosen your dragon" she said, patting his little head"

Goliath growled at Steph's hand as she patted his head and attempted to nip at it, calming down a little but not much when he saw his rider move closer. "Can I name him" He heard his rider ask curiously.

She mover her hand away, although she knew that the dragon had no teeth. "Of course" she looked down at the plaqe undrneath the egg. "Yeah, it's a boy. Name him whatever you want, but you can't ride him until thee or four weeks. Dragons grow at a rapid rate" she said.

Eliot nodded at what the Teen was saying, He'd be able to ride Goliath in a few Weeks. He gently pet his Dragon's head and smiled as Goliath purred, "I'll name him Goliath" He told her.

((Its cool))

"Nice name" She said. "Ill tell you one thing, He will grow to a whopper size!" She said. "Anyway, I'm glad you have a dragon now, so, you are planning to stay" She half asked, half said. "You in a way are allowed to, but you would need to check with my father"

((Sorry, got to go))

Eliot nodded, He figured the Dragon would get big, he pet Goliath again gently, smiling at him. He could tell that Goliath liked him. Trusted him. He wished that he was big enough to ride now but he knew he'd have to wait.

"You seem very connected with your dragon" Steph said, fixing up her braid. "That's always good, you need to have a good connection with your dragon, to be able to ride it" she said, seeing Galaxy outside, fidgeting, "don't worry, I'm coming" she called to her. She smiled at Elliot. "Come, I want to show you something" she said, going to the outside streets.

Eliot tilted his head before following Steph, He looked at Galaxy and stopped before he got closer. He watched the Teen and looked around again wondering what she wanted to show him.

"Woah" Parker said, when she walked in, seeing the few eggs sitting inside. She walked across all of the eggs, running her fingers over them. "I never knew that their eggs were so beautiful" she turned back to Parker. "But that is because I've never seen one before"

"This one's mine" he said standing in front of Goliath who was looking at him curiously before roaring a small roar and looking at Parker, "His name's Goliath" Eliot said to Parker grabbing her hand and pulling her closer to Goliath's nest.

"Awww!" Parker said. "I knew that somewhere they were real, and now" she touched the dragon on the head. "After everything, I've seen one" she took a step back. "So much has happened, Elliot" she said.

"We can't go back to Boston Parker" He told her leaning against the doorway. "And I know alot's changed." He said with a shrug, He looked her over admiring the shape she was in. "Still jumping first asking later, if ever?" He asked with a smile.

"Sow down" she said. "We need to think" she stroked the dragons head again, seeing it attempt to bite her. "I know we can't go back, we would be...well...who knows what they would do to us" she thought for a moment. "No one saw me come here, so...how about we stay?" She suggested.

"Yeah, I know I'm staying, I hoped I'd get to see you again" He said with a smile. "Hey be nice to her" He told Goliath gently. rubbing the top of his head.

"Already bonding with your dragon" she said. "Through your thick layer of evil, you have a really soft heart, Elliot" she said, smiling, before walking around all the other eggs, eyeing them off and looking at their unique patterns.

Eliot looked around, "You should talk to the girl I was telling you about" Eliot said watching Parker look at the remaining four eggs. He walked closer to her before gently kissing her on the cheek. He didn't like people thinking he was a Softie, but Parker was different.

Parker's eyes widened. "Gosh" she said. "Well, okay" she said, beaming with delight behind Elliot's back. "Where is she?" Parker asked, crossing her arms. "Does she like you or something?"

"She's Fifteen Parker, even if she did like me I'm not interested" Eliot told her Honestly "She's the daughter of the leader of this place," He said to her with a shrug.

((One L in Eliot's name))

"Interesting" she said, fixing her hair. "Like I said, where is she?" Parker asked, curious to meet her. "Does she have a dragon?"

"You saw her flying on her Dragon" He said with a smirk petting Goliath's head He lead her outside. and looked up wondering when Steph would come down to interrogate Parker like she had him, He wouldn't let Her or her Dragon anywhere Near Parker however.
