Well, I've been on medication before, and I can't take pills either. If they're small enough, you can try swallowing it with applesauce. Or you could crush it up with a pill crusher and put it in the applesauce. But if you are trying to go without pills for now, I say good luck.

Just cut the pill in 3 pieces, then swallow each small piece, but make sure you swallow it with water or something like a drink. Its the same as swallowing a piece of food, really, except smaller if you cut it in 3 pieces.
Or crush them. Wait... No don't do that...
