The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Bronte, Wolf Hall by Hilary Mantel, The Magus by John Fowles, The Hunchback of Notre Dame by Victor Hugo, Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides.. to name a few on my tbr
I shared a list (from the chiunkster challenge) of big books on my blog before I found this group and all the books on it are 460 pages or longer. A few that have been on my tbr for a while that I'd like to suggest are:- (The) Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay by Michael Chabon
- Villette by Charlotte Bronte (I also second The Tenant of Wildfell Hall suggestion above)
- East of Eden by John Steinbeck
- Bleak House by Charles Dickens
- Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy

I was thinking about some big books and these came to my mind: The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas, Shirely by Charlotte Brontë, Alias Grace by Margaret Atwood, Middlemarch by George Elliot, Emma by Jane Austen, The Old Curiosity Shop and A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens.

I feel like the group (judging from the past couple of polls) tends to like more classic works, though I will try to include a contemporary choice every month :)
