Sometimes I wonder if Holden ever stoped to think about what he’s about to do. To mention what Monica told him to Sakai and Fred felt like telling the thief, hey did you steal this? Couldn’t he be discreet for once...

Finally Alex’s pov! I’ve been waiting for this. I gotta say, though, him wanting to reminisce with his ex was one of the stupidest ideas he’d had.

Regarding the missing Martian ships and supplies, it appeared that the Martian govt was so lackadaisical or was so understaffed and incompetent to not be tracking vital info like ships. I mean, of course there isn’t a perfect monitoring system, but you’d think a system of tracking ships would be one if their top priority.

Oddly, they appeared to have the best warships, but their bureaucracy was a mess. Go figure. (hide spoiler)]
