How about A Cave in the Clouds: A Young Woman's Escape from ISIS by Badeeah Hassan Ahmed?It's YA non-fiction... although it came out sometime in 2019.

I haven't read this book but is it The Last Girl: My Story of Captivity, and My Fight Against the Islamic State by Nadia Murad? It's nonfiction and came out last year.The Last Girl: My Story of Captivity, and My Fight Against the Islamic State

They have very similar stories. I'm so happy to have found it!
