I am upping this to 45 books for 2020 since I have so many books I need to read! Especially my BOTM books.

4. The Silent Patient by Alex MichaelidesThis (and you will gasp and laugh) is book 1/3 from my January 2019 BOTM box. I am ashamed, but this is my year to clear my BOTM shelves and all my unread, collecting dust books.
6. The Intuitionist by Colson WhiteheadI am glad my first books have all been from my to be read shelf.
7. Golden Child by Claire AdamThis is from my January 2019 Book of the Month box but it is 2/3... I will finish them
8. Lock Every Door by Riley SagerThis is Book 1/3 from my July 2019 Book of the Month box that I needed to read for book club on Saturday. I swear, I’ll read my books!

I still need to read this one. And all of my BOTM books from last year...eep!

9. The Night Tiger by Yangsze ChooThis is book 3/3 of my January 2019 Book of the Month box. I will try to get to a February 2019 book but work has slowed down my reading this month!
10. Anne Perry and the Murder of the Century by Peter GrahamTrying to read some of the books on my kindle which there are a lot of!
12. The Winter Sister by Megan CollinsThis is book 1/3 from my Book of the Month February 2019 box. Hopefully, with social distancing and working from home until further notice, I can get through some books!
14. The Rest of Us Just Live Here by Patrick NessThis was one of the free Amazon kindle books that I've had for who knows how many years now. I have so many books on my kindle I need to read.
15. Early Riser by Jasper FfordeThis is book 2/3 from my February 2019 BOTM box (I know I am still so ashamed and yes I am still ordering books!) but I feel as if quarantine is going to give me so much time to finally catch up (as I order more books and went to the local book seller before they shut all the stores down....)

16. Dear Edward by Ann NapolitanoThis book is book 1/3 from my December 2019 Book of the Month box. I had to read this for book club for our Saturday zoom meeting so while I normally don't skip ahead to other boxes, I am at least glad the pick was a BOTM book!
17. A Woman is No Man by Etaf RumThis is book 3/3 from my February 2019 Book of the Month box. I keep saying I am going to dedicate a month to just BOTM books, and I will. I just have these library books I want to read as well!!
19. Before She Knew Him by Peter Swanson. Book 1/2 from my March 2019 BOTM box. I think I may be able to pull it off and start and April 2019 in April 2020 haha
20. The Things We Wish Were True by Marybeth Mayhew WhalenThis was one of those free kindle books I’ve had on my iPad for years
21. Heaven: Our Enduring Fascination With the Afterlife by Lisa MillerI bought this book when I saw the author being interviewed on The Colbert Report back in 2012, never read it, cat peed on some books and had to rebuy. It's been a journey.
23. Queenie by Candice Carty-WilliamsThis book is 2/2 from my March 2019 Book of the Month box. I am so ashamed!
25. The Surgeon by Tess Gerritsen Just in the beginning of June and I am over half to my goal. I am exactly half way to my stretch goal of 50. I think I am going to make it!
26. Miracle Creek by Angie KimThis is book 1/3 from my Book of the Month April 2019 box. I keep telling myself I am going to dedicate one month to just BOTM books, and it hasn't happened yet. My next three reads that I have lined up are not BOTM books. SO MUCH TO CATCH UP ON!
28. I'll Give You the Sun by Jandy NelsonThis was definitely either a free kindle book or one I got for $1.99 or something ridiculously cheap at least 5 years ago. Possibly more but I don't know.
29. The Age of Light by Whitney Scharer This is book 2/3 from my BOTM April 2019 box.... (sheepishly turns away to hide all the 2020 books)

I haven't read any of my 2020 books and maybe only 1 of my 2019 books...I need to just stack them all and sit them in my living room to guilt myself. lol! Out of sight, out of mind is my problem!

32, Necessary People by Anna PitoniakBook 1/3 from my May 2019 BOTM box. I am going to start reading these BOTM books out of order because I am trying to read some thrillers and mysteries. We will see how long that lasts.
36. Springfield Confidential by Mike ReissI think I’ll manage to pull this one out! Don’t think I’ll reach my stretch goal of 50 but I will certainly try.
44. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone (Illustrated edition) by J.K. RowlingI’ve owned the illustrated edition for years now (whenever it came out, so 4 or 5 years) and I never read it, per usual. I would even re-read the series and not read my illustrated edition. Well I finally did, and I was not disappointed by the art by Jim Kay.
