Hello, Dana and all, as I noticed there are no discussions for this book, I just thought to step forward and add this one. It´s just that I loved this book so much and when I watched the film I didn´t have the feeling I had expected. Maybe I came with much expectations, after reading the book. No, who am I kidding... I watched the film first! So there is no excuse. Let me tell you about Michael Cunningham... This author writes from the deepest of his soul, he tears his heart out to reveal so much, and all his lyrical and poetical style went down the drain in the movie translation as the director and/or the screenwriter couldn´t be passed on to the big screen... or could have?? Any thoughts?

This is one I have still never seen or read, but thanks for adding it! I am sure there are others who would love to chat about it! :)
