Has anybody else read Carnosaur by Harry Adam Knight? I read it a few years back and it was great fun. It's quite short too, so I seem to remember blasting through it in about a day. Basically the scaled-down UK version of Jurassic Park, which it actually preceded by some years.

Hi Lisa,I’m so sorry for not responding on this. It passed me by (as have so many things in 2020). Anyway, 7 months(!) may have passed, but yeah I enjoyed the JP books too! 😃 I can also recommend Sphere by MC if you haven’t read it. I find it eerie as hell. I left a review for carnosaur a couple of days back - gave it 3.5 stars... Did you read it in the end?
Ben
Hi Benjamin...time flies, lol! I have not yet read Carnosaur, but I'm sure I will enjoy it. I have read everything written by Michael Crichton...he was one of my faves back in the day. Another dinosaur book you might enjoy if you haven't read yet is actually a series by Greig Beck called 'Primordia' https://www.goodreads.com/series/2345...
The first book in this trilogy is In Search of the Lost World

Hi Lisa, it sure does! Great to meet a fellow MC fan. I've collected a few of his First Editions over the years (never got a JP unfortunately), but I did get a first ed. Lost World, which was pretty cool. Thanks for the Greig Beck recommendation - I'll check it out. Another dino one I'd suggest is Raptor Red; it's a curious documentary-style account, given from the beast's perspective, written by a renown palaeontologist. I guess it's one you'll either love or hate. Either way, it's definitely a bit different. Best, Ben
