Hi Jenny
Welcome to to the group.
I haven’t read that particular Maggie O’Farrell but I do like her writing. I loved Instructions for a Heatwave. I must admit, I have a weakness for Irish writers, as I love visiting Ireland and they often seem very atmospheric

Hi Jenny, I've been reading a bit more non-fiction lately too though not about parenting - are there any books on being a brilliant aunt??!! I like history too and recently read An Atlas of Extinct Countries on the Libby app - it's fascinating and told in an entertaining way. Also comes in bitesize chunks which is handy for the busy Mum I'd imagine. Elizabeth

I’m Jenny, I love reading - when possible with a young family!
I will pick up a great variety of fiction and have more recently started reading parenting books and non-fiction medical books. I also love History.
I am currently reading The Hand That First Held Mine by Maggie O’Farrell which I am really enjoying.
