This book followed a heroine as she discovered her powers over elemental magic and her ability to teleport during storms for some reason - I specifically remember at one point her teleporting herself and the love interest while they were beset by enemies on a horse. She was eventually kidnapped by some nefarious dude (who was her guardian or something) because if her powers were used during an eclipse the end of the world or unlimited power or something would be granted to him. It had one of those faintly tacky fantasy illustrations on the front of a girl in a bluish white dress with reddish hair flying everywhere due to the radiation of her power. I swear this books was called "elementals" but it wasn't. I think it was about 500 pages long. Hope someone can help!

Also this girl's powers all stemmed from the fact she was born during an eclipse and a storm - which is apparently important in this crazy fantasy world!
Could it be Daughter of StormsMC was born during a double eclipse and has some sort of powers because of it. It also mentions creatures called elementals and an uncle who's plotting against her.
