I loved Dave Mustaine's autobiography- very honest and compelling!

Slash's was good enough for a re-read and Duff's was even better. Adler's was pretty good too.

This year I've read MJ: The Genius of Michael Jackson by Steve Knopper (biography) and Hunger Makes Me a Modern Girl by Carrie Brownstein (that was an autobiography). Both were great in a different way, I read Carrie's mostly because I like her on Portlandia (and knew somewhat of her Riot Grrrl days). Genius of MJ I learned so much about him that I felt dumb that the only thing I knew was his songs, and that time he held his baby out the hotel balcolny!
Black Sabbath's biography sounds good :)Soon I'll start Led Zeppelin: The Definitive Biography by Ritchie Yorke.
I was away and forgot to take Black Sabbath's with me but sitting with it on the sofa now with a cuppa, an apple pie!
