Maisie runs in.

Luna climbs the other side as far and fast as she could with a sword
she did not notice Maisie

Ellie dashed up the mountain, keeping her eyes on the ground. Finally, she stopped and looked back.

David runs after Luna, “Wai*gasp*t up!! *gasp*”

"OK. Good. We made it." Maisie breaths.

Maisie charges at David, pinning him to the ground.

Luna looks at him and sighs " you are a waste of my time " she says sadly " im sorry " and kicks him the rest of the way down the mountain

Rose stares at Maisie with wide eyes. “Wh-what are you doing?”

Luna starts climbing again and she is going super fast

“Uh... not dying?” Ellie answered for Maisie.

David slides down and he curses, “I promised her… it’ll have to happen later!”

Maisie sighs and continues climbing.
"Look, Rose. This is like, the girls only Career Pack. We have to make sure that we're not dragging around dead weight, OK?"

Luna keeps climbing and starts panting why do mountains have to be so steep she wonders

Ellie continued climbing in silence. She watched the area around them, alert.

((He promised Luna he could have one thing of whatever she wanted during the Games. The complete opposite of what you’re thinking!))

Luna reached a ledge and stopped for a moment looking down at the arena

Maisie sighs.
"I wish we could've killed someone."

“Yeah, the less there are at the start, the better.” Ellie agreed. “We’ll get our chance though.”

Luna looks at them they are gonna be a problem she sighs
she continues climbing up from the ledge she was sitting on

Rose nods and grunts as she pulls herself up. “I know I’m not much, but I’m fast and sneaky.”

Maisie raises an eyebrow at Rose.
"M'yeah." She says doubtfully.

David sat at the base of the mountain, stunned. “I’m useful!” He shouted up the mountain. He walked to the border of the square and waited for Luna to come down.

[[Ok...so they’re not really? Just pretending?]]

Rose was thankful for these girls but they didn’t take her seriously. She needed to do something to show them.

Luna continued to climb not stopping
on the occasion she would jump so she got a lot in front of the rest of them

Ellie stopped, looking down. A faraway look came into her eyes and she fell silent, looking at nothing and yet everything.

"Rose... if you're not useful, you're not welcome. Sorry." Maisie sighs.

Rose stopped to catch her breath when she got an idea. “Are we allies with her?” She motioned to Luna.

Luna finally stopped when she came across a little cave set in the mountain

Luna sighs and puts her sword down keeping the little knife in her hand

Ellie stood staring. Suddenly, she snapped out of it and shook her head. No. Don’t look back. Forget the past. Just forget it. She turned away from the voices and nimbly jumped from rock to rock, stopping below the ledge, looking up.
