We're not too sure what this building is doing at the school. This building appears to be abandoned, it sits near the edge of the island shrouded by trees and overgrown vines. Mold and dust in some corners, there a quite a few boxes. Some have been opened and rummaged through. Some of the boxes appear to have no contents in them, while others have things still wrapped in cellophane. There are posters on the walls of random events and occurrences, there are maps of the island where the Institution sits.

The windows are all boarded up, and if you look closely at the wall, you will see dents in it, as if someone, no, people, were trying to escape. If you go further in, there is a staircase that leads down further into the building. If you happen to stay in the building for more than a few minutes, you'll begin to get the odd sensation that you are being watched, especially if you are the only one there. But, I suggest that you don't go alone, who knows what's down there, and where those mysterious shrill noises and sometimes giggles are coming from. Secrets and mysteries of the school and random disappearances of teachers and students will be unraveled as you explore this abandoned building.
