Book review inquiries: Due to the volume of requests we receive, I am unable to respond to each request, however, if your book falls under our (my) specific guidelines I will add it to my TBR and I will always let you know when the review posts (this can take up to 8 weeks and sometimes more).
Important: when sending a review request please include the .mobi file of your book (my iPad can’t seem to handle any other format) and please do not send press releases, book covers or any other attachment, the book file only.
If the book doesn’t follow the guidelines or I am unable to give it a 3 stars or above rating, it will not be reviewed, nor will you be notified (not following the guidelines or hoping that your book is more of my preferred reading genre, but also of another genre I don’t read, usually means I won’t read it…grammatical, formatting and other errors will also prevent me from reviewing your book).
My guidelines: You might have noticed that I too am an author, I write in the supernatural/paranormal genres, but I rarely read those genres… odd but true… I enjoy mysteries and thriller/suspense novels (check out these authors to get a great idea of what I enjoy: Wayne Zurl, Tom Winton, Nick Russell, Jen Blood, Carolyn Arnold, and Wendy Cartmell). Please do not send requests for novels with political overtones, fantasy, sci-fi fantasy, almost all paranormal or young adult.
