Hi! I’m Sarah and I’m new too. I joined late last week and awaiting my first book. I picked The Vanishing Half for June.
Hi Sara! I devoured The Vanishing Half as soon it arrived in my mailbox...lol! I absolutely loved it! Happy reading!
Welcome! I, too, finished The Vanishing Half rather quickly...2 days. Hope you enjoy it as much as some of us have.
Hello!I just joined!
I've had BOTM for a few years now and I'm behind on reading all my choices! I'm hoping joining here, I'll be inspired (actually pushed lol) to get through that backlog by posting and chatting with everyone!
Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and I'm from New York. I joined BOTM in 2017 so I'm looking forward to having a group on here connected to BOTM.
Hi, guys! My name's Jasmin and I'm thirty-three year old male who comes from one of the smallest of countries in the world which is also the only country in the world with "Love" in its name. But anyway, my friends often
tell me that I am overly grateful and overly kind, for according to their opinion, I am grateful for the smallest of things and I am way too kind. Another thing you should know is that I've very beautiful soul, very beautiful mind, and very beautiful heart, and I am as genuine as they come.
I love to read books, but I literally obsess with books that have beautiful and mysterious covers because I absolutely love and adore books that have beautiful and mysterious covers. I am open to any genre that's out there, except for Fantasy, and the reason why I am here, the real reason why I a here
is because I want to meet people from all walks of life and from all over the world, make friends with them. So if you find me even remotely interesting, you know where to find me. Thank you & God bless =)

Thank you, Elsa. Friends? ; =)
Hello! I've been a BOTM member since 2017 but recently joined this group. My TBR list is woefully long but that doesn't stop me from adding more all the time! I am a cancer survivor and during my treatment I found it impossible to concentrate so I didn't read as much as I normally do. I am now trying to get back into my bookworm ways.
Welcome Jennifer!! Wow, I can imagine it would be harder to concentrate! Congrats on that survivor status! That's awesome! If you ever want to try to tackle some of those BOTM, especially some of the older ones, just holler!! I'm always down to buddy read! I'm trying desperately trying to get through my shelves and shelves of books 😊
Hay JenniferWelcome!!
you and me both
Breast for me, both gone, working on reconstruction
anyway, I also could not concentrate so I did very little reading and a lot of watching TV and sleeping
Ty Elsa! and nice, another cancer survivor, always good to see cancer friends in places that are not cancer related<3 Good luck on your reconstruction, that's definitely a hard recovery. but yes! I slept so much lol that I wasn't sure I would ever sleep again after. no worries there as I am still always sleepy and it's been 2 years now since my stem cell transplant (non-hodgkins lymphoma here) so hopefully my body starts getting back to it's old time rhythm soon. my attention span has suffered but I am trying to read things that interest me to combat that ADHD lol

I've also noticed that the sleepiness/tired doesn't entirely go away.
Kind of hard to work a full time job. So I retired but I might go back and do part time.
Elsa, yes I've heard that about the tiredness. Also the brain fog which is part of my problem. It's annoying but not much to be done. Good luck with the job! It's not easy to get back out there, I know, I am still bidding my time, trying to keep myself busy with exercise for my body and mind, I find mindfulness and the elevate app helps along with reading.
Hi all, I’m Annie! I’m 21 from Northern Virginia, and I’m studying Psychology and Neuroscience as an undergraduate at a small college also in Virginia. I have been a member of BOTM since May of 2019, but just recently found this Goodreads group! I can’t wait to get to know you all better and see what you think of each month’s picks!
Hi, everyone! I'm Siobian from Georgia! I'm a preschool administrator and focus on children and families with special needs and assisting classrooms in facilitating inclusion of these amazing kiddos. I've been a member of BOTM since April 2018, so I'm excited to have found this group. I have a friend that also has a subscription so we trade books and discuss, but I'm really looking forward to having more discussions with y'all!
Welcome Siobian!! I love that you have a swapping buddy! How fun! Look around the group, let the mods know if you have questions!
