Frankie walked in, hungry. She bought a Pan Au Chocolate. She nibbles on it, and sat down.
Victoria strolled into the bakery, ordering a chocolate scone. She sat down, munching on it.
Frankie peered at the girl who had walked in. She finished her pastry and continues to look at her.
Victoria glanced over at her, then smiled. "Hi! I'm Victoria!"
"Frankie." She said, getting a latte, and sipping on it. She peered at her a bit more. Something was off.
"Nice to meet you!" Victoria smiled, nibbling on her scone. She could tell Frankie was staring. "Is something wrong?" she asked, slightly confused.
Frankie narrowed her eyes. "Is there? I dunno." She went back to her coffee. She smiled to herself. She hoped to confuse the girl.
Victoria just shook her head, laughing. "Okay. Well, whatcha drinking?"
Frankie was caught off guard. She supposed that there would be at least SOME confusion. She fumbled for an answer. "U-um.... a vanilla iced chai tea latte." She mumbled. She then started talking to herself, saying, "Jeez, Frankie. You should've said 'The universe'. Oh, yeah, I suppose you're right." She composed herself and said, "Actually, I'm drinking the universe. Wait. That doesn't sound right. The moon?" She pondered. "Yes. I'm drinking the moon. I think thats the name of a book." She whipped out her phone, and when she found the book, she showed Victoria it. "Yep! The girl who drank the moon."
"Nice," Victoria laughed. "That book sounds cool; I'll have to look into it." She quickly stood and ordered what Frankie was drinking, then sat back down and took a sip. "Mm, this is good!" she exclaimed, looking down at the drink. Victoria looked up at Frankie. "I'd never had that before. The moon tastes nice," she laughed.
Frankie grinned. "Exactly. Y'know, I think I might not hate you as much as I hate everyone else." Then she reassured her, "I hate everyone equally. I think... yep! So, you, just a bit less. I mean, you can stand my crazy! That's saying something!" Frankie started laughing hysterically.
"That's good," Victoria laughed. "I don't hate you," she smiled.
"Hmm... that's a first." She says honestly. She throws away her cup and says, "Until we meet again stranger-that-I-just-met-a-second-ago AKA Victoria." She left for the cliff.
Frankie walks back in, and shuts the door. She cowers behind a chair, and brings out her pocket knife. She swishes it towards the door. "If you're following me, think again!" She was terrified. In an odd and eerie way. No one was there.
Victoria went to Frankie. "Hey, it's okay, no one is there," she said softly, sitting down next to her and hugging her.
Frankie squirmed out of the hug. "But the boys at the cliff...?" She trailed off. Then she remembered their faces and their fashion choices. She laughs at herself. "Nevermind. False alarm. They were gay."
((Bye!))
Victoria shook her head. "Okay..." she said softly, standing again.
Victoria shook her head. "Okay..." she said softly, standing again.
(( Back ))
"S-sorry." She said, embarrassed about her craziness.
"S-sorry." She said, embarrassed about her craziness.
"It's okay," Victoria said softly, holding out her hand. "We're all... crazy. I see ghosts," she said, as if it was perfectly normal.
"Cool!" She exclaimed, taking her hand.
Victoria pulled her up, smiling. "It's cool sometimes..."
"What can you do?" She asked, forgetting all about her craziness for a moment.
"Well, my 'power' is communicating with the dead. Lately, they've been able to touch me, but I'm trying to learn how to use it..." Victoria sighed.
(( sorry I'm also on and off ))
"Do they touch you in your sleep?" She said, interested.
"Do they touch you in your sleep?" She said, interested.
((It's all good))
"Sometimes, I suppose," Victoria said, her eyes distance. "I usually wake up before, though."
"Sometimes, I suppose," Victoria said, her eyes distance. "I usually wake up before, though."
Frankie's gaze became serious. She tilted Victoria's chin towards her. "Are you okay?"
"Not really," Victoria said, shaking her head. "Last time I almost died."
"Last time what?" Frankie demanded.
((Yeah, I was busy))
"The last time the ghosts came," Victoria said ominously.
"The last time the ghosts came," Victoria said ominously.
(( oh sorry just saw this ))
"When was that and what happened?" She said, still looking in her eyes.
"When was that and what happened?" She said, still looking in her eyes.
"It was a while ago," Victoria said, glancing at the floor. "The ghost... um... grabbed me and dragged me underwater, then busted my head open. I almost drowned."
Frankie felt an overwhelming feeling to hug Victoria, so she di. "I'm so sorry." She whispered.
Victoria hugged her back, then pulled away slightly and smiled. "It's okay!"
Frankie's eyes dashed around. She could feel someones presence. She regained her knife. (( no ones there )) "Someones here."
(( victoria reminds me of klaus in that one scene in the bathtub ahhh ))
(( victoria reminds me of klaus in that one scene in the bathtub ahhh ))
"No one's here except for you and I," Victoria said gently.
"Get back." Frankie warns her. She creaked the door open and pounces on a random bird. She kills it. When she looks back at what it was, her eyes well up. She hides behind a chair. "Get away from me, please."
Victoria turned and looked at the bird, her eyes welling up. She quickly wiped away her tears and regained her composure, turning around. "Why should I get away from you?"
"Because I could kill you." She hugged her knees, shaking.
"But you won't," Victoria pointed out. "You know it's me."
"But I could if you came unexpectedly." She hissed.
Victoria laughed. "I honestly doubt you could. You don't know me, don't know what I've done," she smiled. She was mostly covered by a huge dress, concealing who knows what.
Frankie continues to rock her legs back and forth. "What did you do?" She asked.
Victoria's face suddenly dropped. "I... I don't want to talk about it. Just... there's a reason, I see ghosts, okay?"
"I'll tell you what I did if you tell me what you did..." She said softly.
"You just told me," she pointed out. "So no. I don't want to talk about it."
