Zodiac by Romina Russell is a futuristic read, it isn't very similar to THG since they have fairly different concepts, but the general idea is actually kind of close.

Sorcery of Thorns! It has romance but it's very little and the slowest slow-burn I've ever read haha. It's pretty cool.

If you loved Hunger Games, I recommend Storybook, Inc. by Parker Pace. It has sort of a similar theme (in that there appears to be some sort of game played out in the open), but it's more of a mystery in so far as what the actual game is... But I loved it. Gave me goosebumps.
