I both listened to the audio and had a physical (ebook) copy, so that helped me (I think) to follow better. I adore Cricket! lol

I did at times reread a paragraph or two in order to make sure I was understanding. I think the world-building has was good.

I'll either post more throughout the day or finish tomorrow since my day is going to be really busy. One of my granddaughters is here from Arizona but she's only here for one night as she is on her way to Oregon to pick up her hubby who's been deployed for 6 months this time around and he's coming home tomorrow!! YAY! So she leaves in the morning to pick him up at the airport. But I ended up loving this one. NEVER thought I would!

I really like the story so far. I am really intrigued with the flashbacks Eve/Ana(?) is having and what they mean! Is she real or also a lifelike and not know it?? Also I want to know more about this world that they live on. I am guessing that the group known as the Brotherhood try to eliminate people with powers? (hide spoiler)]

This book is a more modern Isaac Asimov story, which I am really enjoying. I like the memories that Evie/Ana keeps having. I should've pieced it together sooner that Evie was part of the family that was murdered. And that the murderers were the androids that the family had created! Now I am trying to decide what Ezekiel's purpose is and whether he is good or bad (probably good).

Ah I almost forgot about Evie/Ana's weird screaming power too! What is up with that?! (hide spoiler)]

SO much happened in this last chapter of Part 3! I kind of saw it coming that Ezekiel might have been the one to shoot Ana or one of her family members. Maybe he regretted it right after because he does have the coin slot attached to him. I can't believe he would do that and betray her like that… What made him change his mind, or maybe he is still untrustworthy? It appears Lemon Fresh is not what she seems either! This book keeps getting more and more interesting!! Also, poor Kaiser :'( what a good robot doggo (hide spoiler)]

I guess I was right earlier when I wondered if Ana/Eve was a lifelike. The biggest giveaway before the actual reveal was Myriad not confirming Ana's identity. Still a little bit of a shock, though! How was Ana's father able to keep her being a lifelike a secret?
But seriously, omg that ending! This was so good and I need to read the next book pronto! (hide spoiler)]
