Play Book Tag discussion

The blurb says plenty to give you an idea that CeeCee's mother was mentally ill and dies, then she moves to Georgia with a loving great-aunt and her loving cook/housekeeper. However, she hasn't yet grieved as she spends an interesting summer with a bevvy of women who are well developed characters, indeed. What brought this book up from 3 to 4 stars was Hoffman's amazing ability to develop characters--not one was not thought out, even if they are minor characters. While the point of the story is done, I wish there were a sequel so that I could find out what happens next.
