I personally realize that I prefer short series over long series. What about you?

I learned that too!
I learned that too!
I really relate to preferring Adult over YA (especially in Fantasy). I should DNF more often as well.
I have realized that I have an addictive addiction of hoarding books in my TBR which will most likely never be read in this century. And that fictional characters have filled the ever living void of human interaction which I do NOT...despise that much, actually. I've also noticed my increasing ability to postpone reading a book that may or may not destroy any chances I have of returning to the real world unscathed. Forgive me if I think my neighbor is a dragon killer. The facts are there.
I've learned that I'm a mood reader and setting goals for reading specific books doesn't work for me.
I got into young adult in 2020 and I'm really happy I did!
I have learned that I can't plan a TBR because I won't read any of those books. I've learned that I enjoy listening to audiobooks and I want to try ebooks because I have NO money to buy as many books as I read. I have learned that I really enjoy contemporary and royal books are my thing. I have also learned that I prefer shorter books and I am more likely to have a drastic opinion about something. Lastly (wow I learned a lot) I learned that on average I read a new book every 2.7 days (roughly)
I learned that I really dislike trilogies. I think it's because they aren't exactly series but they aren't short either. It's like they can't make up their mind and I just felt like screaming half the time. I also found out if you really try you can read 3 400-page books in one day.
