Linda Nielson | 414 comments One day Harold Fry receives a letter from an old friend, Queenie, who is dying from cancer. Harold leaves his home to post a letter to her, but ends up walking 600 miles to see Queenie without telling anyone what he is doing. Along the way he meets many people who cause him to reflect on things in his past that he regrets, many people he meets think he is doing something amazing, and others think he is crazy.
This is a very touching book and in several places hit close to home.
I gave it 5 stars

NancyJ (nancyjjj) | 11294 comments I really enjoyed this book too. I intended to read the book about Queenie, and I heard different opinions about it. I was thinking I should read it before I completely forget Harold's story.

I also need to move it to the top of my list of books to read.
