((I don't think Alfheim is a part of Asgard. It's one of the Nine Realms much like Asgard))

(Yeah I know, We'll need Z to create a separate folder for the different realms)

Haley appeared here looking around. Alfheim was different from Asgard.

((Oh. Okie!))

An elf recognizing what she was came up to her and said. "Welcome to Alfheim, are you here to train?"

"Yes..." "Good relax yourself and become one with nature." She sat cross-legged breathing calmly. "To know the worlds, you have to let go of yourself. Nature is always fluxuating, never the same, never in one place."

Slowly, she felt her mind open to feel the energies in Alfheim and elsewhere. She gasped in amazement.

"Thanks for everything." She was 16 and watched as the portal open. "One last thing Haley, go with your heart and not your head." She only nodded, tears falling still as she stepped through.
