Amethyst walked in and looked around, "so this is where i'm staying" she looked at the two beds "i've got a roomie?" she started moving her stuff in , and let out the animals

"i hope she's ok with snakes" she said with a forced half smile, opening the cage the snake was in while setting up the reptile tank.

Aspen walked inside the dorm and spotted her roommate.

"hi" she said enthusiastically with a wave

She gave her a small smile and place her bag on her bed. Her curious gaze went to the snake.

"don't worry, she's docile" she smiled

"Is she yours?" She asked, watching the snake.

"yeah" she gave a bright smile "do you have any animals"

Aspen shook her head, "Nope. I've always wanted one though"

arnold rubbed against aspens leg "i've also got cats" she gave another smile

"I like cats too" she smiled as she picked Arnold up.

she smiled "arnold likes everyone, on the other hand, snowy doesn't really like anybody" she gave a small laugh

"Snowy?"

"she's the other cat, she' an albino. she's around here somewhere" she smiled

"Cool! I've always preferred cats. Especially albinos for some reason. The others are cool too but I like the albinos better."

she smiled "you wanna hold amanda?" she held out the snake

She gulped, "While I do. I'm kinda scared"

"it's ok, she doesn't bite unless you get on her bad side" she laughed a little

"If you say so"

amand slithered around for a moment, before settling down around aspens arms

She smiled at the snake.

"see, what did i say? she's not that bad" she watched the snake

"I can believe that but it might take some time getting used to so many little roommates along with a usual roommate"

(i don't what it is, but i don't quite understand this sentence sry)

(oh i get it now) "this is my first year here, what about you?"

"Fourth year" she replied

"oh wow" she looked a little surprised "can you cook"

"Kinda. But I prefer not to."

"that's fine, i can cook anything if i see a picture of it" she smiled

"That's...... Kinda weird......"

"i don't know, i've always been able to do it. i found out when i was 4" she smiled feeling good about herself

"That's so cool!" She grinned

"thank you" she said with a big smile

Aspen smiled at her before petting Arnold.

amethyst looked around and saw snowy "oh, there she is" she pointed and picked her up

Aspen looked up to see Amethyst picking up Snowy

"think you might be able to show me around" she looked at aspen "and i don't think i ever got your name, mine's amethyst" she smiled

"Aspen" she replied

"nice to meet you" she smiled "i'm gonna have a look around" she left the dorm

Aspen nodded and sat down on her bed, bringing out a book to read

After a while she stood up, put the book aside, changed into some comfortable clothes and walked out.
