So this is basically abt 2 kingdoms.Its a bit cliche...but ill switch it up later
Once there used to be 2 powerful guys. One was controller of light nad other of dark. They got into a big fight cause they couldnt agree upon which was the right way to use their powers. But these gus were old so they decided that their descendants would continue their mega fight.
They decided after abt 80 years their powers would harness themselves onto the descendants of their opponent so they can be on the same level..(cross multiply)
Man A (light) Man B (dark)
Desct A (dark) Desc B(light)
Now onto the world that is today...
Man A has formed Kingdom A.......Man B has formed Kingdom B
IT HAS BECOME 80 years!
Our MC is a trainer of the light wielders in royal family in kIngdom A . She herself has powers (there is a story behind it which I will tell later).
The news has reached her kingdom that the power has harnessed itself in desc B (light)
But te power still hasnt harnessed itself in Man A's descendant yet. But they are extremley stcuk up, so they say to everyone that it has and Desc A nd Desc B enter the match
Power game :
*Both will fight against each other one on one
*3 matches will take place...in space of a month
*They can set up camp on this large field opposite sides
*Only in the last match are they allowed to kill each other.
*Whoever wins, takes control of the other kingdom
Our MC is enlisted to help Desc A to harness nd become powerful. She goes along with him to the camp.
(It s huge)
Watch as she meets Desc B and finds out that he's not so bad after all lol

I sent this to my close friend...who then asked me some questionsso I thought I would share it here so that u would get a deeper insight into my story :)
1. How is it that in 80 years no one had any objection to this divide between countries?So these 80 years there has been a constant war between these two... sometimes Kingdom A conquered parts of B and vice versa..but the ultimate fight is 80yrs later so nothing major happens just yett
2. Why did des b not get his powers yet? How exactly do the powers work?
Yes the story is actually why Desc B doesn't have powers yet. And how they are going to win against the opposite kingdom even tho Desc B hasnt got powers YET. WIth light, u will be able you control how light works its movement etc...the same with darkness
3. Is it only light and dark? No in between? Die each and every person posses the same kind of light and dark powers?
Yes its only light and dark. The ordinary people dnt have powers...only first borns of the direct descendants of Man A nad B. The reason Y MC has powers is cause Man A has an apprentice kinda friend whom he trusted very much...so he gave him powers as well so tht the other guy can protect his (Man A's) descendants
4. How did no one figure out that des b hasn’t got his power yet?
This is actually the tricky part. It takes a while fr the person to come into his powers. And Initially King A doesn't reveal this to MC, He says to her tht his sons has ALMOST gotten his powers. But she knows something's up cause he can't control darkness just yet. So she thinks up methods to help him harness his power and win against Desc B during the 3 matches. That is kinda the story :)
Stages of Power acquisition ~
A. Feels like a connection with darkness and shadows
B- Mid transition - they will have equal light and dark controlling powers, tho its not very powerful
C. Power fully harnessed!
She still believes he is in stage A
5. These people are ruling kingdoms? Do only the rulers have powers? What about the people? Why do they stand this supremacy?
only first borns of the direct descendants of Man A and B.
In the case of special powers that harness themselves, it's extremely powerful like 200%

He is the chosen one. Who else could it be? That’s what the king said the other day, in a booming voice. I couldn’t agree and disagree with the same sentence. Ever since we heard rumours that the opposite kingdom’s beloved prince is the chosen one, the king has gone paranoid. It would have been quite funny to watch him that way if I weren’t directly affected by the problem. The door to the dining room is wide open. At one end of the table sits the king. On his left, sits the only person more powerful than me. My mother. She looks up at me as I enter and gives me a scarce smile. “Your majesty”, I bow to the king. He waves his hand for me to sit. On the king’s right sits the most irritating person in the world. The beloved prince of kingdom A. I remember him from our childhood days. He used to talk a lot and annoy me.But when I came back from the war a few months ago, he seemed almost scared of me. Probably heard rumours of how I drew my sword through the enemies’ hearts.Huh
“Kingdom B has officially announced their prince is ready. The power of the legends is his. They demand the start of the game in two weeks”, says mom, a worried look on her face.
“So its official?”, I ask her.
She nods.
Shit.
“Do you feel any kind of power within you?”, I ask the prince. #describe prince
He looks at the king who seems to be conveying something through his eyes.
He shakes his head, utterly confused.
He then turns to me and says “No, I don’t”.
“What is our next move?”, she asks the king, who is still staring at the prince.
She hits the table twice to gain his attention.The king jolts and looks at us, blinking.
“What now?”
“I said, what is our next move?”, my mom says in a cold voice that she usually reserves for me.
“Send out a reply that we are ready for the game. Two weeks it is.”
“The prince has no powers. Not even an intuition. Who is going to fight for our kingdom?”, I ask bewildered.
“He still has time. Besides the only match that matters is the last one which is at least two months away.”, he says waving his hands dismissively.
My mother lets out an exasperated sigh, which I would too if only I were bold enough to do so in front of the king himself.
He ignores it and continues. “Amara, you will join him as the first in command”.
Oh no.
I take in a deep breath as if to start a huge argument, but one look from my mother stops me. “She will”, my mother answers on my behalf. I hate it when she does that.
“Ok then. Lets meet here tomorrow morning to begin the training.”, the king dismisses us for the night.
My mom bows. “Thank you, your Majesty”.
She wrestles me out of the room before I can speak anything.
