The is the edge of ShadowClan territory. The two-legged place is on the other side of this.

Gecko padded along the inside of the tree line looking up at the massive towering pine trees that marked the edge of the two-legged place.

Firestorm approached her favorite place to hunt. All the animals thought they would be safe next to the two-legged but they were wrong. Firestorm was the only she-cat that had ever - that she had known - came to hunt over here. SHe padded her way along the pine tree line. And stopped abruptly when she smelled another cat.

Gecko padded along the treeline headed towards RiverClan territory. His tail swished from side to side as he walked.

FIrestorm padded slowly, eventually, she found herself behind a tom. He didn't smell of any of the clans. SHe stalked behind him quietly.

//you there?//

Gecko turned around at the sound of paw steps. He saw Firestorm and backed away from her. "What do you want?" he growled. He looks at the she-cats soft orange fur then into her eyes.

Firestorm looked at the tom. He must me a kitty-pet She thought disgustingly. "What is a kitty-pet doing on the edge of our borders?" She asked. She padded closer to him. He was by far taller than her, but he seemed younger. He had more youth. He even seemed freer. She wished she had some of the personality he had.

"I wander around Sunny Lake all the time. What do you mean what am I doing here?" he asked cocking his head a bit and lifting his left front paw a bit.

Firestorm didn't show any fear towards the incommer, "I am asking because that is the least bag thing I can do to you. I would rather not get my paws dirty," Firestorm snapped.

She didn't like talking like this. She honestly didn't know how to talk to a kity-pet. SHe had never met one before.

Gecko flicked his tail. "Well, I'm the wildest kitty-pet you'll meet. I can hunt and fight like wild cats and I'm not afraid to get my paws dirty," he said a tip of fierceness hit his tongue. He turned and climbed one of the massive pines beside them and ran of along the branches.

Firestorm smirked, "So now you are going to show off? Whats your name Kity-pet?" Firestorm asked. She climbed up the same pine beside the tom and sat on the edge of the branch that was connected to the tree. She watched the tom.

//I will be off for a while, but you can post and I will reply when I can!//

"Gecko" he said. He padded to the edge of his tree branch and leaped over to hers then sat down in front of her. "Why?"

Firestorm honestly didn't know why herself, it had just come out of her mouth really. She opened her mouth to explain, but not a sound came out so she clamped it shut. "I'm Firestorm," She said finally.

Sky walked up. “Hi Gecko!” She said, flicking his ear with her tail and it ya hint of amusement

Firestorm quickly turned around, shocked to see another Kitty-pet

“And you are?” She asked politely

//I am going off for a while//

"Firestorm," Firestorm said, "I am a Shadowclan Warrior," She added.

//I am back on!//

//Same!//

Gecko glanced at Sky. "I'll meet you at the barn Sky. I need to deal with this 'ShadowClan Warrior'," he said to the she-cat. He turned his attention back to Firestorm.

Firestorm scoffed, "There is nothing to deal with Kitty-pet, I am just warning you not to come over here again," Firestorm said, jumping off the tree limb and padding away. She stopped herself a fewy feet away and smelled the fresh scent of a mouse, then she spoted it. She crouched down low.

Gecko leaped over Firestorm onto the mouse killing it then walked away back to Sky giving the mouse to the she-cat.

// I think I like him more and more XD //

Firestorm pounced onto Gecko, "That was for my clan you kitty-pet," She yelled. "I warned you," she added in between breathing of swiping her paws at Geckos face.

Sky rushed away with the mouse to the barn, slightly laughing at what Gecko did

//Sorry, I'm at school! I need to focus on my work as well as this.//

Gecko flipped over onto revealing his soft stomach but, he put his tail in the way so she couldn't scratch him. He flexed his claws and used his hind legs to kick the she-cat off him.

FIrestorm bounced off of him. "Is that your mate or something?" She asked rearing back and crouching in a low position, ready to attack.

Gecko shook his head. "She just acts like it. If I treat her well she leaves me alone and if I ignore her she tries to kill me," he said looking at where Sky had left. "If I ever got a chance to get rid of her I would take it honestly," he added.

Firestorm sat upright, "I guess I kind of know what you mean, " She said. She walked up to Gecko

Gecko thought about taking a step back but instead sheathed his claws and lifted his head and looked down at the she-cat.

Firestorm stayed where she was, she waited for Gecko to make a move first.

Gecko touched her front left paw with the tip of his own front right paw. He stepped backward suddenly turning around hoping Sky hadn't come back to see what he was up to and relaxed when he didn't notice her anywhere.

Firestorm didnt move, she let him touch her with his paw. SHe didn't mind it

Sky cries silently in the bushes “I’m not your mate flea pelt!” She think madly

((Come on! That’s not like Sky to act like that! Give her a little love!))

Gecko turned back to Firestorm. "I should get out of here. . . Do you want to come with me?" he asked Firestorm looking at her eyes.

Sky burst though the bushes. “Take his mouse to the barn yourself! Hope you get hurt!” She said through tears and rushed off to the barn

Firestorm backed up, "I think I ruined enough things today," She said.

Gecko shook his head. "You've saved more lives than you've ruined," he said moving closer to Firestorm.

"How would you know that?" She asked, sitting back down next to Gecko

Gecko walked around her his tail swishing then sat down beside her so his pelt brushed hers. "Well. . . You've saved mine," he said quietly to her.

"How?" SHe whispered. SHe felt his pelt brush hers. Tiny sparks seemed to float around in her body.

Gecko smiled even more. "Sky," he said blankly. He glanced in the spot where the kitty-pet had disapeared.

"I dont understand, she obviously likes you. WHy isn't she your mate anyway?" FIrestorm asked glancing over to where the kitty pet had ran off

Gecko shook his head. "My former mate ended up leaving me. She didn't know about her. But, now I don't have her and the way Sky treats me isn't the way she should if she wanted me to actually be her mate," he said. He paused then purred, "Unlike some cats. . ."

Firestorm felt the sparks fly higher. "Im sorry, I have never had a mate." SHe said looking at Gecko

Gecko smiled at her. "That's okay," he said. "I remember how nervous I was when I had my first mate."

"What was her name?" She asked
