What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Can't remember the book title i read it around three or two years ago, it starts off with this girl coming home from school to her and her mom apartment , she was about to reheat spaghetti to eat when she turned around from the kitchen only to find her mom dead at the kitchen table.

She end up going to live with her brother and his wife and daughter.

With a single touch to anyone the girl can take away sickness like the cold or flu and even wounds like cuts or scars and even a crooked nose, and she heals fast but she can't take away cancer.

Her brother knows of this abilities because her mom had it too, he asks her to cure his daughter who has cancer.

She ends up healing her brothers daughter and ends up with cancer, later her father finds her and transfer the cancer to a willing person who gets alot money in return to his famliy.


Its genre is ya,fantasy, romance.
