The Selection is being adapted by Netflix! What are you exited and worried for?

I AM SO EXCITED!!! I’m just worried the cast won’t be what I imagined and they won’t stick to the script of the book 😬

yeah i totally get u. Most book adaptations go waayyy off topic and dont follow the script but personally i dont mind that bc if Ive read the book i dont rlly like the movie to be EXACTLY th same because oterwise you would know everything thats going to happen. As long as America doesnt end up with aspen in the movie ill be ok

IT IS?! I was hoping it would!!! Does anyone know what it’s going to be rated? PG-13 maybe?
I’m super excited because it’s the show version of one of my absolute favorite books.
I’m just worried that America won’t look like how she was described in the book with red hair and all, and also that they will make it completely different than the book.
