  The ocean between Pyrrhia and Pantala. Navigation is treacherous; the surface is frequently hit with storms, and the water below has strong currents that can carry a dragon away. There aren't many cities underneath the ocean's surface due to the strong currents, but those that do exist are havens for SeaWing life. One of the most notable cities is Cliff Eel, named after the species that lives in abundance nearby. Cliff Eel is a large walled city, built in the bottom of an enormous crack in the ocean floor. The city sprawls for miles, and many dragons have carved themselves a home in the cliff's caves. Cliff Eel was founded only a few months after the Eye of Evil was destroyed, so despite being the oldest city in the Pyrrhia-Pantala ocean it still has growing to do. Many SeaWings in the area have taken to becoming explorers, mapping out the terrain of the ocean.
