"It" Book Club! discussion

Hello everyone! We start Week 1 of reading with Chapters 1-2 this Sunday, August 15th! Discussion questions for Week 1 will be posted on Saturday, August 21st! That's a week to finish the reading :) feel free to read at your own pace, we all have busy lives!

Ok so I started reading ahead... and without spoiling anything, the first two chapters have been an incredible read so far. The chapter about Stanley was.... wow.

So excited to see everyone's thoughts for week 1 throughout the week!

Okay so I've been reading ahead a bit. I don't want to spoil anything... but wow, you guys, chapter 2's ending was AMAZING.... CHILLS DOWN MY SPINE

I read (listened to) the first two chapters (After the Flood and After the Festival) last night. I'm going to try to pace myself since I've read it so many times.

How is the audio book btw? Thinking about getting it so I can listen while I'm on the go / running errands!

You're never looking to into things! I feel like there's always something there with our thoughts, no matter far fetched or simple it seems! Please share them!!

Wow, these are some really good ideas that I hadn't ever put together on previous reads. I think you are right, there are some similarities between the groups that seem to connect them in other ways.

I think both Eddie and Richie are on the queer spectrum, if you will. lol One of the reason's I love Richie so much is his love for Eddie seems so innocent and child like-still stuck at that young age, but also real.
