Congrats, Diane! I'm definitely not making this one. Empire of Pain is on my list, but won't get there soon. I listened to a very interesting podcast with the author last week: https://www.nytimes.com/2022/02/14/op...

I spent the whole weekend reading. Fortunately it rained so we were not out hiking or anything. Done by judicious selection of at least one short book.
March should be better, At least I don't have board meetings at work and most of my colleagues who had Covid are back.

Nothing better than a whole weekend of reading. I got very little reading done due to great weather. Spent the weekend watching hubby and son sail in a regatta.

Good stuff Carolien! I was certain you would be able yo pull something out of the hat. I am now struggling to read 13 books in the Mishmash and Serial Killer challenges for the first quarter. That is if I want to stick with the originals. I already have a couple of alternatives in the Mishmash that can slot in if push comes to shove.
I have 3 left for MishMash and 3 for Serial Killer - of course there is no overlap, and I have a surfeit of A's for next month.
