At the end of the story, Millie tells Harry she wants to stop using the diaphragm (which will likely lead to her getting pregnant). They briefly discuss why she thinks the baby will be a girl and that she doesn't want to name the baby Sarah after her younger sister who died in a concentration camp. He asks her what names she has in mind and she answers "Victoria." He's driving and the car veers towards the shoulder of the road and she sees that he's wincing. What is the significance of that name ? Did I miss something ? He agrees by saying, "It's a good name." Is it just that the name is like be victorious ? That to be alive and willing to have a baby is a victory ?
