Thank you! So here I’ll explain my current novel, I don’t yet have a title or a blurb…but that is something you can help me with actually!

Yeah for sure, I hardly even share stuff with my closest friends and my family, other than the basic, so I’ll do the same here. The book is based in both 2037 and 1827, the FMC is named Dakota Whittle and the love interest is named Harvey…I currently have a last name but I’m thinking of spicing it up to something more fascinating. Any suggestions of old fashioned last names that are really cool? Preferably starting with an E, D, A or C but I’m open to any suggestions!
naming is sort of something I obsess over so here’s a few and if you want some more just askAbreo (a wise councilor)
Alston (elf stone)
Adair (a shallow place)
Ajax (strong and courageous)
Channing (young wolf)
Calvary (purest form of love)
Drewitt (phantom or ghost)
Dempsey (proud)
Dwyer (dark colored)
Edevane (protector of prosperity)
ok that turned into more than a few
also I’ve found looking through historical records and figures is a good way to find old fashioned names. You can mix them together to create your own or just find one.

OO- those are great!
Ooh thank you! Harvey Channing does sound quite nice actually, but it makes me think of Channing Tatum💀It’s based in London (wow, so original), so nothing too fantasy-related, and yeah, anything from the 1800s really. I also love looking at names, I have a few lists, but none really fit the character of Harvey, or his family. They’re like, wealthy and own a huge manor and gardens, a few of them are snobby and eccentric, but not Harvey. I don’t know if that helps?
Lol I just realised if I use any of your guys’ ideas for my final product, I’ll mention you in the acknowledgments haha

OO- that sounds so cool! Harvey Banes?
Aww- you are so cute
Same goes for all of you, I'm putting all you in anyway (Dove, you're getting a page to yourself lol)- I'll make a page so you can add your preferred name
I’m not feeling Banes for this character tbh. Also, the brother is named James so I’d like a name that can go with both Harvey and James (and there is a bunch of other people in the family but they can work around it lol)
