I'm really not a fan of books written by celebrities, but I already know and like her, so I think it will be more tolerable.

I am sure it would, both are very comedic. I am considering one of Nick Offerman's books for this prompt also.

Tina Feys ‘Bossy Pants’ is excellent. Kevin Harts books are a good read but for this one I will be tackling Ali Wong’s book ‘Dear Girls: Intimate tales, untold secrets & advice for living your best life.’

I solidly recommend Born a Crime by Trevor Noah (listening to the audiobook is the best in my opinion). I'm going to read Ten Steps to Nanette as I love Hannah Gadsby and she's from the same place in Aus as me!

Martha.O.S | 24 comments I just finished the audiobook by Russell Brand “Recovery: Freedom from our Addictions”.
I reviewed it on my ‘Read’ shelf. Although the subject matter was serious, it certainly didn’t feel heavy. It was raw, honest and very human and by the end I liked Russell Brand a lot more than I had previously, although my previous judgement was purely based on random media appearances and often negative news stories. It was a really good book, one in which everyone stands to gain a lot from reading.

I love Russell Brand. His YouTube videos are really interesting - very smart man.

GailW (abbygg) I am 80% through listening to Ten Steps to Nanette by Hannah Gadsby. A very interesting "read" and I'm glad I opted for the audio because I'm not sure I would get as much out of it by reading it as I am by listening to her dry, sardonic wit. And she is talking about some pretty intense topics here as it is really a memoir. I definitely recommend it.
