Have you got a plot?
Sometimes, all you need to do is give it a break for a moment and then come back or sit down and just write something- anything and you may be encouraged to keep going

I have everything I need. Just don't know if I should skip my main characters school day now or make more drama with my book

Okay- that's a good start
I think you should (still your own choice) but it's good to write it then not- because then you can determine if you want it or not- you are in the drafting stage- nothing is meant to be perfect now and you can always change it.
Try writing it- if you don't like it, then leave it or see if you can do something to change it - so you like it.
But if you write it, then you won't regret not writing it- you know?
