on ao3 thebibutterfly writes maurauders fanfics with happy ends (I'm reading "the sun & wayward stars" by this author atm) and also "just lovers" by zeppazariel is apperantly rlly good and has a happy end, but i havent read it yet.

If you’re looking for something more lighthearted but still really entertaining Wading in Waist High Water by colgatebluemintygel and Staying Strangers by 3amandcounting are really good recs
The Horcrux Hunt by Keysie was not my fav but a good lighthearted beating Voldemort fic with Remus & Regulus besties
Would That I by third_crow is super cute but also devastating, the only drawback is that it’s a WIP but it’s a soulmates AU
As The Worm Moon Dies by rollercoasterwords is SO good but again it’s a WIP, same author as ATYD Sirius’ perspective, it’s an order of the phoenix fic but if Voldemort won before they all got to Hogwarts
