Please check in here if you have finished reading Call of the Bone Ships by R.J. Barker, book 2 in the Tide Child trilogy. What did you think of it?

Spoilers OK here!

(Posting early as I will be out of the country for 3 weeks with limited internet access starting tomorrow.)

I thought this was better than the first book, maybe because the author had to spend less time with introducing the world and the characters and could focus on the plot and the action.

I liked the balance between character development and action. I hope we learn more about the gullaime in the final book. They fascinate me the most.
