Worst thing the MCU has done.
I'd rather watch a double feature of Iron man 2 and the Dark World than sit through this unfunny mess.

The only good bits are the Night Monkey and the Ventian Jester

and the Nick Fury line 'Well, that's a bunch of bullshit."

Some stuff I liked more than other stuff... one thing I did like is the scenes with Mysterio putting Spidey through all the illusions... well shot, with an appropriate level of creepy...

Fight scenes look good. I will give it that.
Unfortunately, nearly every joke lands with a wet thud, a lot of the dialogue needs work, the villain's plan makes sense for 5 minutes, the obvious set up for other stuff is sloppily tacked on and pointless and the Peter/MJ romance feels forced.

Though,I do use the phrase 'Bitch, please, you've been to outer space!" a lot.
